What our warranty covers.
Our warranty covers defects arising from:
- Structural defects in the frame or internal support structure.
- Manufacturing faults in workmanship.
- Material defects under normal residential use.
If a defect covered by this warranty arises within the warranty period, Ovaro Home will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected product or component.
What our warranty does not cover.
Normal wear and tear.
Natural ageing and gradual deterioration from everyday use, including but not limited to:
- Fading or discolouration from sunlight, heat, or general use.
- Softening, compression, or loss of resilience in foam cushions.
- Fabric pilling or minor creasing.
Misuse or abuse.
- Improper cleaning methods (such as harsh chemicals not approved for the fabric).
- Failure to follow care instructions.
- Damage caused by negligence or improper handling.
Environmental exposure.
- Exposure to extreme conditions (direct sunlight, excessive humidity, heat, or moisture).
- Outdoor use unless the product is specifically designed for outdoor settings.
Commercial use.
- Use in commercial, rental, Airbnb, hospitality, or other non-residential environments.*
Other exclusions.
- Pet damage (scratching, chewing, biting, or similar damage).
- Accidental damage (spills, stains, burns, punctures, or tears).
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications not performed or approved by Ovaro Home.
- Acts of nature or force majeure (including floods, fires, earthquakes, or other natural disasters).
*Products used in commercial settings may be subject to separate commercial warranty terms.
How to submit a warranty claim.
To lodge a warranty claim, please contact our customer care team at support@ovarohome.com.au.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Supporting photographs or videos.
- Any product or batch labels (typically located on the underside of the product).
Our team will assess your claim and advise on the next steps.
Important warranty limitations.
- Warranty coverage begins on the original delivery date.
- The warranty does not reset or extend if a replacement product is issued.
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Claims must be submitted by the original purchaser.
- If the product is relocated outside the country of original delivery, the warranty becomes void.
