How your order gets to you.

Order Confirmed

You'll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed.

On Its Way

Once our delivery provider collects your order from our warehouse, we'll send through tracking details.

Delivered

Your furniture arrives at your doorstep, ready to make itself at home.

Shipping rates.

We offer a flat express shipping rate across Australia, with a bulky goods surcharge applied to larger items or deliveries to certain locations.

Standard Express

Flat rate doorstep delivery on standard-sized items.

Bulky Goods Surcharge

+ $60

Applied to larger items and select delivery locations. Calculated at checkout.

What to expect on delivery day.

We ship directly from our warehouse straight to your front door. Our standard delivery brings your furniture to your doorstep.

If your delivery address is an apartment building or office, our delivery provider will leave the goods at the front of the building. Please plan ahead for bulky deliveries and arrange any assistance you need to move items inside.

Tracking your order.

You'll receive an order confirmation by email once you place your order. Tracking details will follow as soon as our delivery provider picks up your order from our warehouse.

Where we deliver.

We deliver Australia-wide. However, some remote and outlying locations attract a significantly higher delivery rate, and a small number of areas are not currently available for delivery. Use the postcode checker above to check coverage for your address.

A few exceptions also apply everywhere:

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
  • We do not offer click & collect or delivery for Ovaro Home products from our GiftBox stores.
  • Delivery to apartments and offices stops at the front of the building.

Where we ship from.

Ovaro Home orders are dispatched from our warehouses in Melbourne and Brisbane. Your delivery timeframe will depend on your location and will be reflected in the tracking details we send through once your order is picked up.

Damaged or missing items.

If your order arrives damaged or anything is missing, please get in touch with our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery so we can sort it out for you. Hold on to all original packaging where possible, and have your order number and photos of the issue ready.
